Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Coordinator based in Barranquilla. The role involves managing international sales operations, handling customer service inquiries from global clients, and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners. Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless coordination of sales processes, maintaining communication across various channels, and supporting the team in achieving sales objectives through detailed organization, data analysis, and excellent service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate international wholesale orders from confirmation to shipment
  • Act as day-to-day contact between sales, logistics, production, and clients
  • Prepare and track sales documents: POs, invoices, packing lists, shipping details
  • Support showrooms and agents with product info, pricing, availability, and timelines
  • Follow up on deliveries, delays, claims, and post-shipment issues
  • Maintain updated sales trackers (orders, deliveries, payments, returns)
  • Support seasonal market preparation (linesheets, order forms, deadlines)
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and commercial terms
  • Assist with client communication in English (and other languages if applicable)

Profile

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and process-driven
  • Comfortable working with Excel, ERP systems, and shared trackers
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Experience in fashion, wholesale, or international trade is a plus
  • Fluent English required; Spanish highly valued
