About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Representative to join our onsite team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely billing operations for our clients. The Billing Representative will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, payment application, account reconciliation, and supporting collections efforts while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and service-level expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Billing: Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and internal policies. Verify invoice details, supporting documentation, and billing accuracy.
• Payment Processing: Apply and reconcile daily payments from various sources accurately and in a timely manner. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Account Review: Monitor customer accounts, review aging balances, and identify inconsistencies or issues that require follow-up.
• Collections Support: Assist in managing outstanding balances by coordinating with internal teams and clients to resolve overdue accounts and prevent billing delays.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve billing exceptions or discrepancies across multiple processing stages to ensure completion within established KPIs.

• Experience handling billing data, invoices, and account records
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite environment
• Bilingual, English B2 or C1 preferably

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related role
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Outlook and Front.
