Role Description

This is a contract opportunity for a Help Desk Technician. The position requires individuals to assist clients by providing prompt help desk support, troubleshooting technical issues, repairing desktop computers, and ensuring seamless functionality of computer systems. The role is hybrid, requiring a combination of on-site support in San Juan and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in working with desktop computers and performing computer repair tasks
  • Strong skills in technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical details to non-technical users
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Experience in IT or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Flexibility to work on-site in San Juan and remotely as needed
  • Basic understanding of network systems and IT infrastructure is a plus
