We are looking for a high-calibre Customer Support & TECH CRM Manager to join a fast-growing multi-asset trading and fintech group. This role is not basic support — it requires someone who understands trading, finance, CRM systems, and the backend operations of a broker.
You will manage client support, tech infrastructure, and CRM workflows, ensuring a seamless experience for thousands of traders.
Role Responsibilities
Client Support (Frontline + Technical)
Provide high-quality customer support across email, chat, and ticketing.
Troubleshoot client issues related to accounts, deposits/withdrawals, trading platforms, executions, spreads, swaps, and account onboarding.
Communicate clearly with traders, affiliates, and HNW clients.
CRM & Tech System Management
Manage and optimise the company CRM (FX broker CRM systems, payment flows, KYC/AML workflows).
Coordinate with tech teams for system issues, outages, or integrations.
Oversee automations, triggers, client journeys, and reporting dashboards.
Maintain data accuracy, account tagging, back-office logs, and compliance-related records.
Trading Knowledge
Strong understanding of FX, indices, gold, and crypto trading.
Ability to read charts, understand order types, margin, leverage, swaps, spreads, slippage, and execution models (A-book/B-book).
Help clients with trading-related questions and explain technical concepts professionally.
Finance & Operations
Assist with reconciliations, payouts, partner commissions, and P&L reports.
Monitor deposits, withdrawals, and payment processor flows.
Support the management team with internal reporting and operational tasks.
Requirements
Experience in forex, crypto, or brokerage operations (mandatory).
Familiarity with CRMs like: TradeLocker, Centroid, cTrader, MT4/5 back-office, or similar.
Strong English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of KYC/AML workflows
Affiliate/IB management experience
Basic understanding of compliance and risk management
Ability to work directly with tech teams or engineers
