Position Summary: The Vacation Package Sales Representative handles inbound and outbound calls to prospects, aiming to sell timeshare tour-required promotional vacation packages. This role demands excellent communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding company values: Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic.

Key Responsibilities:


• Be available on the dialer during scheduled shifts and answer calls promptly.


• Engage prospects politely and professionally, following the approved script.


• Apply qualification criteria accurately and explain financial implications for non-compliance.


• Maintain strong knowledge of destinations, resorts, and promotional packages.


• Complete vacation bookings quickly and accurately; verify details and resolve issues immediately.


• Meet or exceed minimum production and conversion goals.


• Adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Horario:


• Training: 8am to 6pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm Friday.


• Operations schedule alternates weekends off one week, next week covering a Saturday or Sunday.


• Weekend hours from 10am to 6pm (outside daylight savings).


• Full availability required: operations run Monday to Friday 8am to 11:30pm, Saturdays/Sundays 10am to 6pm.
