We are looking for a top-performing sales professional to join our team and help take our business to the next level As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B and/or retail sales, exceptional communication skills and feel comfortable making sales calls to cold and hot leads as well as handling incoming sales calls.
You will work closely with our customer service and tech team to understand customer needs and provide solutions that best fit their requirements. If you are a self-starter, organized, goal-oriented, and have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you
ABOUT YOU:
- Great communication skills specifically in spoken English over the phone. At least a B2 level of proficiency in English.
- Can communicate accurately and professionally in corresponding with clients.
- Won't be easily offended by constructive criticism.
- Go-getter, can-do attitude to solve problems.
- Extremely reliable, delivering on their commitment.
- Positive, no excuse attitude towards inconveniences.
- Motivated to meet and surpass sales quotas

ABOUT ME - NICK ZENNARO:
- I own an e-commerce store specialized in selling smart objects and connected devices in the USA.
- I have been starting, operating and managing companies for 16 years (from e-commerce, to luxury real estate and mobile app ventures).
- I work very fast and have similar expectations for the people I work with to behave the same way.
- I am very fair to my employees and always treat them with respect.
- I give bonuses for doing a good job (If the company makes money you should be rewarded for that)
- I own an American (U.S.) Company based in Miami Beach, Florida.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Follow up over the phone with inbound leads from our website.
- Cold calling targeted leads and prospecting.
- Handle B2B customers, key accounts and past clients.
- Send sales emails to prospects and customers.
- Do online research on company prospects.
- Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week, 40 hour work week.
ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
- We will pay weekly for the 1st month, then on a bi-weekly basis after the 1st month.
- Base Salary (salary discussed during interview) + Generous Commission on Sales.
- We pay bonuses for great work.
- We pay 13th Month Bonus.
- We give pay increases based on performance.
- Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year).
- These are the paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve (7 Days).
