Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Barranquilla. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting company products and services, and effectively closing deals. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing customers, tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Proactive networking and consistent customer follow-up will also be integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and tailor sales strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience in a similar sales role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
