Salary: $18,000 - $25,000 USD

Everything To Gain is seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding top talent for our company and helping us achieve our business goals. This is a full-time contract position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize ATS tools to manage the candidate pipeline and track progress

- Source and attract top technical and non-technical talent, including software engineers, marketers, salespeople, RevOps consultants, automation specialists, etc.

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Meet recruitment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Experience using ATS tools and other recruitment software

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical and non-technical candidates

- Strong understanding of different sourcing techniques and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of the recruitment process

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
