About The Role

You're Good At

  • Building strong client relationships and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements and managing regional operations with ease.
  • Communicating effectively at all levels, both written and verbal, to keep everyone informed.
  • Analyzing data to derive insights and drive impactful decisions.
  • Innovating and implementing meeting technology solutions that enhance operational performance.

You Might Also Have

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical meetings or congress sector.
  • A track record in account management or strategic planning roles.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in meeting operations, staffing, and forecasting.
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
