Job Description

As a
Sales Coordinator
, you'll manage lead responses, qualify prospects, track campaign activity, and support appointment-setting efforts. You'll maintain CRM accuracy, improve messaging strategies, and collaborate with teams to optimize conversions and drive high-impact growth.

Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST, Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 to 5 years of experience
    in
    sales operations, appointment setting, lead qualification
  • Familiarity with
    Excel, CRM systems, email outreach tools, or sales automation platforms
  • Excellent written English and ability to adopt brand tone
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple inboxes or campaigns
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting daily/weekly KPIs
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):

  • Knowledge of Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar
  • Understanding of cold email best practices, deliverability, and compliance
  • Background in SaaS, agency, or high-ticket service businesses

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Average response time
  • % of positive replies converted to appointments
  • Number of booked calls per week/month
  • Lead qualification accuracy
  • CRM/inbox cleanliness and organization

Your Daily Tasks

  • Monitor incoming replies from cold email campaigns in real time
  • Respond to leads with clear, professional, persuasive messaging
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, need, timeline, and fit
  • Nurture warm leads with follow-up messages
  • Schedule sales calls and appointments
  • Maintain accurate lead statuses and notes in HubSpot and email tracking tools
  • Identify trends and objections to improve messaging
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to optimize campaigns
  • Meet response time and appointment-setting targets
  • Assist with list-building through scraping and automation tools
