El Asesor de aéreo debe estar debidamente capacitado para llevar a cabo las siguientes funciones y roles:

  • Gestionar las solicitudes aéreas del cliente utilizando los medios y herramientas autorizadas por GDS sabre, amadeus, kiu, asegurándose de cumplir con las políticas y condiciones de servicio establecidas entre los proveedores, clientes y BCD Meeting & Events, así como realizar el seguimiento necesario para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente.
  • Realizar cotizaciones ajustadas a las necesidades específicas de cada evento, garantizando así el cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente y promoviendo una mayor satisfacción al ofrecer asesoría y explorar opciones que generen valor.
  • Contactar a los invitados de manera individual a través de los canales autorizados por el cliente como correo electrónico, WhatsApp o llamada telefónica, teniendo en cuenta los tiempos de respuesta establecidos para cada evento, con el objetivo de cumplir con los acuerdos de nivel de servicio pactados con el cliente.
  • Elaborar informes detallados para cada evento asignado, siguiendo los lineamientos y cronogramas establecidos.
  • Completar el cierre de operaciones utilizando la herramienta designada para ello, asegurando así el cumplimiento de las solicitudes realizadas por el cliente
