Nuestro cliente busca un Land Aquisition Coordinator para integrar su equipo en Bogotá, Colombia. El profesional se centrará en ser el responsable de manejar la diligencia del titulo al momento de adquirir terrenos para la compañía, deberás contar con experiencia en gestión de proyectos preferiblemente conocer sobre el negocio inmobiliario, contrucción o bienes raices

• Una vez que se llega a un acuerdo, supervisar a los contratistas externos y realizar una revisión interna para garantizar la transacción está limpia para cerrar desde una perspectiva ambiental, regulatoria, inmobiliaria y legal

• Supervisar la recopilación y organización de los documentos necesarios para el cierre del negocio.

• Trabajar con el Gerente Regional de Proyectos, asesores legales internos y externos para completar el cierre.

• Una vez cerrado, ayude al back office de compra con la integración posterior al cierre del activo adquirido

• Mantener una cartera organizada de todos los acuerdos bajo un plan de ejecución y diligencia

• Cumplir con el seguimiento de rutina y los entregables de informes para ayudar en la supervisión y el pronóstico
