Estamos buscando un Welcome Experience Expert (Front Office) para unirse a nuestro equipo en W Bogota. En este rol presencial y de tiempo completo, serás responsable de recibir a los huéspedes y gestionar sus solicitudes, garantizando una experiencia memorable y de alta calidad.
Te encargarás de responder preguntas de los clientes, gestionar reservas y coordinar con otros departamentos para asegurar un servicio impecable. Es fundamental mantener un ambiente acogedor y profesional que refleje los valores de la marca.
Calificaciones
• Registro de llegada y salida de huéspedes
• El candidato ideal debe poseer habilidades en etiqueta telefónica y gestión de solicitued de huéspedes.
• Se requiere una fuerte orientación al cliente, con experiencia en servicio al cliente y funciones de recepción.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas, son esenciales para interactuar de manera
efectiva con el equipo y los huéspedes.
• Experiencia previa en cargos similares y conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de front office serán considerados un valor agregado.**
