Role Description

This is a full-time,
on-site
role for a Carrier Relationship Agent based in Bogotá, D.C. The Carrier Relationship Agent will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with carriers, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation services. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, resolving carrier issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. Collaboration with internal teams and providing exceptional service to carriers are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage shipment coordination and resolve carrier-related issues effectively
  • Proficiency in logistics, freight scheduling, and an understanding of transportation networks
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance is a plus
  • US visa is a plus.
