About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and patient intake. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high patient volume with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage check-ins efficiently.
- Collect, verify, and input patient information and insurance details.
- Coordinate scheduling, appointment reminders, and cancellations.
- Maintain organized patient records in EMR/EHR systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries.
- 1–3 years experience as a medical receptionist or patient intake specialist.
- Proficient with EMR/EHR systems and office software.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Professional and empathetic demeanor with patients.
