About The Role As a Daytime Coordinator within the Pre & Post Route Operations organization, you will support driver partners with inquiries about payment, routes, accounts, and a variety of other topics. You will also support our Ground Ops and Logistics organizations, serving as a central support center for making necessary package and route adjustments live.
Compensation & Schedule:$7 USD per hour (converted to COP based on current exchange rates), we anticipate 40 hours of work per week. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.We have schedules starting at the following times:Various schedulesAll schedules include work on weekends and holidays. Schedules include 5 shifts & 2 days off per week.We are targeting a start date of January 7th, 2026.

What you'll do:  Be the first point of contact for driver issues and internal team needsSolve complex problems with a focus on detail to serve both driver partners and internal operations teamsRespond to emails; review background checks and handle internal request tasksAssist, as needed, with responsibilities outside of the normal day-to-day tasksWork with Veho management to develop and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes

Important Note: This opportunity is based in Bogotá, Colombia and offers the chance to partner with Veho as we expand globally. This engagement will begin under a contractor arrangement.
