Role Summary
The Business Development Lead will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Client Experience by driving lead generation, managing the sales pipeline, and executing strategies to enhance client acquisition and satisfaction. This individual will focus on identifying and converting opportunities to ensure the growth of Outsourced India's footprint in the global market. Longer term, this role will be responsible for the hiring and maturing of the India Sales & Business Development team.

- Lead Generation & Management
- Develop and implement strategies for identifying potential clients through various channels.
- Leverage CRM tools to track, analyze, and manage leads effectively.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and nurturing relationships.
- Conduct client presentations, demos, and consultations to showcase Outsourced's value proposition to a global client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all agreements meet company standards.
- Partner with the Director of Client Experience to refine and enhance sales processes.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to inform strategy and service improvements.
- Identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities with existing clients.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and meet sales targets.
You're a Great Fit If You
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development with global customers, preferably in a B2B or IT/SaaS environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Familiarity with offshore staffing solutions or the outsourcing industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute sales cycles end-to-end.
Work Setting:
Location: Colombia
Job Type: Hybrid
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm COT
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
