We're Hiring — Senior Mobile Sales Specialist (ITEL)
At Transsion Holdings-ITEL Brand. were looking for a highly strategic results-oriented and market-savvy professional to lead our sales operations in Colombia, driving sustainable growth and strengthening our brand presence across wholesale (Open Market) and retail (Chain Stores)channels.
Role Mission
Lead and execute the national sales strategy for ITEL in Colombia ensuring business growth, profitability, and market share through effective management and communication with china team , key partners and distribution channels, and also leading to build local team step by step,
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration、Marketing International Trade or related fields.
- Postgraduate studies in Commercial Management or Business Strategy (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial management or sale roles within the mobile phone.
- Strong understanding and familiar with wholesale (Open Market)and retail/chain store dynamics.
- Proven experience in negotiating with key accounts, distributors, and retail chains.
- Advanced analytical and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Bl and CRM tools.
- English level (preferred):B2-C1.
- Experience in the smartphone industry is a must
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Lead and execute the commercial strategy for wholesale (Open Market)and retail (Chain Stores) channels.
- Negotiate commercial agreement, pricing and volume strategies with major partners and distributors.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, ensuring balanced inventory and healthy market rotation.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and performance indicators to adjust sales strategies.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to guarantee proper execution of campaigns and product launches in china HQ.
- Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and career development goals.
- Ensure profitability and commercial discipline across all channels and clients.
- Report on monthly sales results, forecasts, and business insights to the Country Manager and regional team.
