**Qualifications**:
- B2+ - C1 in English.
- Full time availability.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related call center experience, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, experienced problem solver, strong listening and negotiation skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Intermediate written and oral communication skills, comprehension and judgment are required regarding applicability of guidelines or policies
