Minimum qualifications:

- 10 years of experience as an enterprise architect in a cloud-computing environment, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with structured enterprise architecture practices in hybrid cloud deployments, on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments, and roadmaps.
- Ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally to position and orchestrate solutions.
- Ability to learn and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
- Ability to influence audiences and identify expansion engagements within accounts.

**About the job**:
As part of the Customer Engineering organization in Google Cloud, you will lead cross-functional teams to help customers design, plan, implement, and govern enterprise cloud strategies. As an Enterprise Architect, you will uncover customer business imperatives, define architecture blueprints, and build roadmaps which leverage Google’s entire portfolio. Working with Google Cloud Value Advisors, you will coalesce your recommended architecture strategies with associated business value and governance planning. Finally, you will use that understanding to build trust and momentum in Google’s Industry, platform, and infrastructure solutions recommendations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with accounts’ executive leadership to identify initiatives which leverage technology.
- Be a trusted technical advisor, and identify customer’s priorities, technical objections, and design strategies encompassing the entire Google ecosystem to deliver business value and resolve issues.
- Manage the holistic enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating with specialists, Product Management, Engineering, and others.
- Recommend and demonstrate Google enterprise solutions using Google Cloud best practices.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required up to 50% of the time.
