Administrative Business Partner, Cloud Sales

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in an Administrative role.
- Experience with team support and customer-facing areas.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.- Ability to build and maintain constructive working and communications relationships with a diverse community.
- Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment, prioritize multiple functions/tasks, and manage time.

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (e.g., manage busy calendars, book travel, create expense reports, organize events, and schedule facilities and equipment).
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
- Mentor new team members and collaborate with, and in some cases lead, an Administrative Business Partner team.
- Serve as project manager for small and medium projects.
- Provide administrative business partnership and support for up to three directors, and coordinate duties for multiple offices.
