**Nassau National Cable** is an e-commerce company that has been operating within the industrial sector and has experienced a remarkable growth of 500% over the last two years, expanding its presence to six countries worldwide. We're looking for a **Lead Generator** to join our company.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and creating potential sales opportunities for a company as well as leading this Team. The primary goal of a Lead Generator is to generate interest in a company's products or services and gather information about potential customers who may be interested in making a purchase or learning more about the offerings.
- Position: Full-time.
- Location: Hybrid. (Medellin, Col).
- Salary: 1000 USD - 1300 USD (Negotiable).
- English required: C1 or Higher
- Experience: 2 - 5 years (Not a dealbreaker).
- US Holidays OFF.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building a team of marketing and sales professionals who are responsible for identifying potential clients and developing relationships with them.
- Prospecting: Actively research and identify potential leads or target customers through various channels, such as online platforms, social media, industry events, or business directories.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential leads by effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products or services. Maintain regular contact to keep leads engaged and interested.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team and provide them with qualified leads and relevant information gathered during the lead generation process. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Database Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions, conversations, and progress with leads in a customer relationship management (CRM) system or lead management software. Continuously update and maintain the lead database to ensure data accuracy
- Tracking lead generation results to determine which tactics are most effective and should be continued or eliminated
- Reviewing current leads to determine whether they should be converted into sales opportunities or discarded as dead ends.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and activities. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, lead quality, and overall lead generation performance.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal are a must.
- English required: C1 or higher. Fluent English skills are a prerequisite and non-negotiable
- Proactive with a sense of urgency and responsibility
- Ideal qualities: creative, hardworking, collaborative, and enthusiastic.

**Salary**: $4,000,000 - $6,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
- Managing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- B2 or Higher English Level? (preferred)
