We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated **Inside Sales Representative **to join the team, to be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for our Lean Tech Brand. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, schedule meetings with SQLs, build relationships with prospective clients and ultimately drive revenue growth.
**Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers to understand their staffing needs and pain points.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine the best tech staffing solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and presentations for clients.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed of industry developments.
**Why We’ll Love You**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in staffing or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel as needed
- English Level B2 or Higher
- Goal-oriented, customer-facing communication skills, communication skills - verbal and written, problem analysis and problem-solving, planning and organization skills, determination, customer service oriented, teamwork, impartial and bold judgment.
