Sales Development Representative

A sales development representative (SDR) is an inside sales representative that focuses on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. SDRs don’t focus on closing business, but connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they’re good customer fits.
SDRs educate, answer questions, and send resources to potential customers. They contact every lead and determine who stays and who goes.

- A goal driven and coachable mindset.
- Passionate for making connections and building relationships with others.
- Advance English Level with proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales experience of appointment setting, lead qualifying, and objection handling.
- Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot, and other CRMs.
