**Sales Development Representative - Medellin, Colombia**
**Location: Envigado, Medellin, Colombia (Presential)**
**Company Overview**:
Leading USA-based company specializing in Railway maintenance equipment, who is expanding their team in Medellin, Colombia. With a focus on serving the Americas, they provide innovative solutions for the railroad industry. We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team and support new business and outbound sales in the USA, Canada, and South America.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:Be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and pleasant experience for potential clients, preparing proposals and setting meetings for product specialists
**Quick Learning**: Master the technical aspects of Railquip's products, especially turntables, and potentially other equipment over time.
**Self-Driven Initiatives**: Proactively identify potential clients and business opportunities. Seek ways to contribute to the team's success during slower periods.
**Collaboration**: Collaborate with the existing team of Product Specialists/Project Managers and provide valuable insights for sales strategy and administrative support
**Requirements**:
- Native-level English proficiency.
- 1-2 years of SDR experience
- Mechanical background (preferred).
- Presential work in the office based in Envigado, Medellin.
- Can you provide a brief overview of your experience in sales, specifically in outbound prospecting or sales development?
