**Administrative Support and Customer Service**
**Location**:Medellín - Colombia***

**Schedule**:Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.***
**Contract Type**:Indefinite Term

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at ttg Talent Solutions. This role is essential to our Director of Talent Solutions, contributing significantly to the staffing process and driving the growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Director of Talent Solutions to fully understand client needs and assist in developing tailored staffing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the expertise of ttg Talent Solutions.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the sales process, including Excel report preparation, document organization, and data entry.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English (B2/C1)
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- This position does not require experience.
