**About the role**:
I’m looking for a **Sales Manager** with sales process setup experience. You would be working on developing and implementing all of the sales systems for the business, including follow-ups, accountability for the sales team, and analyzing the data.
The vision for this role is for you to work closely with me, so I'm looking for someone with experience who can jump in to add value right away and go above and beyond in service to our clients.
I am looking for someone who is an amazing communicator, detail-oriented, takes initiative, experienced, process driven, and invested in continuous learning and growth.
We have team members all over the world, and you would need to work in the EST time zone.
This is a **Full-Time** **Remote** position.

**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales director
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in team management/leadership roles for small and medium-size teams
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and Problem-solving skills
- Data-analytical skills
- High level of accuracy, diligence, and integrity
**Responsibilities (but are not limited to)**:
- Sales process setup, including follow-ups and the accountability for the sales team
- Setting up, working, and improving our CRM systems
- Using dashboards and KPIs to unite data sources and provide visual feedback
- Leading and motivating the sales team to improve sales performance
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships that leads to increased customer satisfaction and value for the company
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
- Working on different tasks (if needed)
