**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience working as the HR Manager or HR Generalist
- HR Administrative, KPI, and Recruitment experience
- Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail

**Responsibilities (but are not limited to)**:

- Taking care of the general HR administration
- Managing contracts and other HR documentation
- Managing the recruitment process
- Creating HR SOPs
- Keeping track of vacation requests, sick days, and leaves
- Writing performance reports
