**What’s the opportunity?**
dLocal is looking for a bright and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team, focusing on generating high-quality inbound leads and nurturing them through qualified opportunities and close.
**What will I be doing?**
- Build and optimize automated nurturing campaigns to drive prospective customers down the decision funnel to close.
- In this role, you will help build lead generation programs to support our growing business.
- You’ll look to drive high-value opportunities and grow our database of qualified prospective customers
- Work with Commercial, Events, and Content Marketing to deliver meaningful touchpoints to high-value accounts.
- Work closely with Sales Operations and marketing teams to execute demand and lead generation programs and pilot account-based marketing initiatives.
- Work to oversee all marketing automation programs, including scoring models, nurture flows and rules, and implement industry-wide best practices.
- Measure the efficacy of demand generation nurture programs to improve overarching performance.
**What skills do I need?**
- Native English speaking or fluent in written and spoken English.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing and a BA/BS in a related field such as business, marketing, or communications.
- Strong working knowledge of PPC and SEO best practices with the ability to analyze performance data and compose insightful reports for internal teams.
- 3+ Years of hands-on SEM experience.
- An obsession with great design.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Nice to have (not mandatory, but highly valued)
- Hubspot
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console (Webmaster Tools), Google Keyword Planner Tool, Moz.
- Research Tools: Google AdWords; Linkedin, Twitter, and Bing Ads
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Copper is an advantage); Google Adwords Certified
