Digital Marketing Account Manager at WX Digital Agency

Remote / Marketing / Freelance / Part-time

We are growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make an impact and drive growth for our clients. WX Digital Agency provides Website Development, Digital Marketing, and CRO services and partners with clients based in the US and Europe.

WX is looking for a driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team of savvy marketers. You will be responsible for the agency-client relationship, setting out digital marketing strategies, and work closely together with other key members (designers, developers, marketing) from the WX Team.

What you'll do at WX:

- Building strong relationships with clients.
- Organize meetings with clients and key stakeholders at the agency.
- Joining early-stage conversations with prospective clients.
- Determining the client's needs and translating them into actionable deliverables.
- Support the team with building and executing digital marketing strategies.
- Identify upsell opportunities.
- Hold periodic evaluation meetings with clients and key stakeholders at the agency.
- Prepare the talking points (agenda) and distribute the meeting notes and action points.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

- 2+ years as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Fluent in Spanish and Fluent in English.
- A strong understanding of how to use strategy and experiments to drive integrated marketing campaigns.
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels, you are able to recommend the best strategy based on the client’s goals versus the different channels available.
- Ability to establish relationships and build rapport in order to influence decisions at all levels.
- Excels in verbal and written communication, with effective listening and a strong collaborative attitude.
- You know your way around HubSpot as we use the complete HubSpot platform for the majority of our clients (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub).
- You are organized, have attention to detail and love for marketing.
