**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Performs batch operations where and when required (according to service agreements)
- Analyzes first level problems for all systems (according to service agreements) and resolves/routes as appropriate
- Develops supporting systems management processes specific to client requirements and performs I/O (tape and print) duties where appropriate

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Responsible for assisting in the operations of the Data Center Infrastructure, monitoring, visible controls, remote hands, support in case of incidents, assistance in changes and/or new installations
- Assist in the tasks necessary to produce reports on the operation of the Data Center
- Ensure compliance with the processes related to Operations in the Data Center
- Evaluate the daily operations of monitoring and backup of the Infrastructure

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Responsible for assisting in the operations of the Data Center Infrastructure, monitoring, visible controls, remote hands, support in case of incidents, assistance in changes and/or new installations
- Assist in the tasks necessary to produce reports on the operation of the Data Center
- Ensure compliance with the processes related to Operations in the Data Center

**Required Education**

Bachelor's Degree
