We are seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day operations. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting our management team with administrative tasks, scheduling, communication, and project coordination. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Maintain databases and filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to the team

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment
- Previous experience in the construction industry (preferred but not required)
