Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish to support our diverse clientele. As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will be the voice of our company, helping customers navigate their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer service inquiries in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with product information, account questions, and concerns.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain solutions clearly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve overall service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is essential. English level: B2+
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Benefits**:

- Salary: 2.850.000 COP+ uncapped commission. Bi-weekly payment through your savings account Bancolombia or Davivienda, the payment is made according to the payroll cut-offs).
