Role Purpose
Provide customer support through phone and digital channels, ensuring clear communication, proper request handling, and compliance with the quality and productivity standards defined by the company and the client.

Educational Background

  • Technical, technologist, or professional studies.
  • Administrative or related fields are a plus.

Required Experience

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or customer support.
  • Phone support experience is a plus.
  • Full availability required.
  • English level B1 (basic to intermediate conversational level).
