Customer Advocacy Team Member (Bilingual – English & Spanish)

Department: Sales Operations

Reports To: Customer Advocacy Team Lead

Location: Fully Remote

Type: Independent Contractor

About the Role

Finray Solar is seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Validations Team Member to support customer enrollments and partner validations for our U.S. community solar programs. This role focuses on reviewing partner reports, resolving validation issues, communicating with customers and partners, and ensuring all accounts are fully validated for invoicing.

You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain accuracy, improve turnaround times, and support our clean energy mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound partner and customer inquiries via Sales Operations and Customer Service email channels
  • Review and update partner reports to identify validation issues (missing documents, TPV, LMI, billing details, etc.)
  • Conduct customer outreach (English & Spanish) to resolve missing information or complete enrollment steps
  • Submit partner-specific customer cancellations and maintain accurate documentation
  • Track validation progress and ensure all updates are properly logged
  • Collaborate with teammates to balance workloads and ensure consistent partner coverage
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives related to validation and tracking

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, account validation, or similar customer outreach roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple ongoing tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in solar, utilities, or clean energy operations is a plus

Schedule & Hours

  • Monday–Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (including breaks)
  • Must maintain daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time hours

Compensation & Benefits

  • $ per month depending on experience (can be invoiced weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
  • Performance bonuses available after initial 90-day probation period
  • Paid Time Off: 10 paid days annually
  • Paid Holidays: 5 per year
  • Paid training provided
