Wave House Cleaning is seeking a highly organized and bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Office Assistant to join our remote team. This role involves coordinating dispatch, managing client services, and supporting tasks in scheduling, onboarding, and billing for cleaners. We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual with a solid background in customer service, dispatch, and team coordination.

**Job Details**:

- **Salary**: $950 USD/month
- **Hours**: 45 hours per week
- **Availability**: Must be available for major holidays (including Christmas & New Year) and weekends as needed.
- **Location**: Remote, aligned with the Pacific Time Zone.
- **Work Hours**: 7 AM - 7 PM PDT

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and dispatch cleaning jobs, ensuring teams are effectively assigned and dispatched.
- Manage client scheduling and respond to service requests promptly.
- Oversee onboarding processes and maintain clear, ongoing communication with new team members.
- Assist with billing and invoicing, ensuring all transactions are accurate and completed on time.
- Address inquiries related to property management and cleaning services for residential, commercial, vacation rental, and business office clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Solid background in customer service, dispatch, and team coordination. Experience with scheduling, customer service, or team management in the cleaning industry or property management is highly preferred.
- **Workspace**: Quiet, distraction-free environment with reliable internet and an updated computer capable of multitasking.
- **Skills**: Excellent organizational abilities, strong customer service skills, and a proactive approach to managing and coordinating tasks.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a remote position, allowing you to work from your home office.
- Interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
