**Bilingual Medical Scheduling Specialist**(On Site) -_**Colombia**_
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling imaging appointments
- Follow communication scripts and protocols
- Accurately document call details in the system
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve scheduling issues
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
**Requirements**:
- Experience in medical imaging scheduling or clerical support (Radiology, PET, CT, MRI, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Typing speed of **30 WPM** (will be tested)
- Fluent in **English and Spanish**:
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Familiarity with EMR’s systems (preferred)
- Must reside in **Bogotá, Barranquilla or Medellín**
