As a** LTL Specialist s**ome of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Building loads in the system: Create and organize LTL shipments in the internal software, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
- Quoting LTL freight: Request and compare rates from different carriers to provide competitive and accurate freight quotes to customers.
- Tracking and tracing shipments: Monitor the status of shipments in transit, providing timely updates to customers on any delays or issues.
- Customer service: Offer timely support and follow-up on inquiries, requests, and claims related to LTL shipments.
- Carrier communication: Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and resolve operational issues directly with carriers.
- Documentation verification: Ensure all shipping documents (BOL, POD, etc.) are accurate and handled promptly.
- Issue resolution: Investigate and resolve problems related to damages, losses, or delays in shipments.
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and billing teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
- **Experience**:At least 1 year of experience working in customer service with inbound and outbound calls and administrative tasks.**:

- **Language**: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract.
- **Location**: Remote Colombia.
- **Salary**:$2.800.000.
