As a **L**ogistics Coordinator**,**you will analyze and interpret data and provide information to aid in cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- Track and trace 20-50 LTL shipments per day, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Make daily outbound calls (ramping to 50/day) to carriers and terminals for updates.
- Proactively communicate delays, exceptions, or delivery changes to customers.
- Enter and maintain shipment statuses in TMS and internal platforms.
- Liaise with carriers to resolve service issues, recoveries, and reschedules.
- Assist in scheduling pickups and coordinating with customer requirements.
- Escalate critical issues to internal teams or clients as needed.
- Mainta accurate records and documentation for all shipments.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency.

**Minimum requirements**:
- **Studies**:Studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics. Other studies are also considered.
- **Experience**: At least 1 or 2 years of experience working in** LTL operations, logistics, tracking shipments or related.**:
- **Language**: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
**Perks**:
- **Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,** following the American Calendar.**:
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Location**: Remote Colombia.
- **Salary**:COP $ 4.000.000
