**Position Overview**:.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Invoice Auditing: Review and verify freight invoices for truckload and LTL shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to agreed-upon rates and services.
- Operational Monitoring: Track and audit live shipment data to ensure operational compliance and accuracy in service delivery.
- Data Reconciliation: Reconcile shipment data with financial records to identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and charges.
- Reporting: Prepare and present audit reports, offering insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and customer service teams to facilitate communication and address any audit-related issues.
- Compliance: Ensure that audits and operational activities are conducted in line with company policies and industry standards.
- Technology Utilization: Use Google Docs & Sheets, Slack, Dialpad or VoIP phone systems, and HubSpot (or similar CRM) effectively for data management and communication.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to operational efficiency, and other activities the company may require from you.

**Qualifications**:

- **6 months of experience in a track and trace related role in the US Industry.**:

- Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in data analysis tools and familiarity with freight management systems and Excel.
- Language: Proficiency in English (B2+ level).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
