- Your responsibilities and tasks:
The LPT Service Sales Manager oversees operations including customer service, administration, and team service sales. This position tracks forecasts, financial objectives, and business strategies, while leading staff through training and motivation. The manager identifies improvement areas, proposes corrective actions, and leverages growth opportunities. Additionally, this person shares best practices and business insights across divisions, ensuring compliance with laws and corporate governance, and maintaining high ethical standards.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering discipline.
(Valuable) Master’s or Specialization in Business Administration.
- 5 years of experience in service or capital equipment sales within a service or engineering environment.
- 3 years of experience in industries such as Beverage and Food (familiar with processes and the sector).
- (Valuable) 1 year or relevant experience in a management position.
- (Valuable) Financial experience
- Experience using CRM (customer management and tracking).
- Strong communicator at all levels.
- Fluent in English.
- Follows instructions, responds to management direction, and takes responsibility for own actions.
- Completes tasks on time.
- Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; sets goals and objectives; organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; develops realistic action plans.
- Ability to handle frustration.
- Inspirational leader (a role model for others).
