Seeking outbound/inbound customer service associate to answer phone calls, assist customers for our exciting 40-person startup company, and handle general data tasks. We have a caring team of experienced advisors that will train you and invest in your personal growth. Customer service via phone experience is required for this role.

** Requirements **
Internet: strong and reliable internet connection with backup
Customer support: comfortable talking to customers and handling scheduling via text and over the phone
Virtual Assistant: Data entry in excel / google sheets
English: speaking, writing, proofreading
Spanish: speaking, writing, proofreding
