Service Sales Engineer - Pasta Extrusion
in
Colombia
.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Accompany assigned customers throughout the entire lifecycle, from project execution to after-sales service.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for selling spare parts, technical services, audits, upgrades, small projects, and service-related products connected to our extrusion solutions.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that add value.
  • Work closely with engineering and technical service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular reports to management.
  • Develop innovative strategies to grow the assigned market.
  • Achieve and deliver projections for Order Intake, Sales, and Gross Margin for your customer portfolio.
  • He/she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country Food service execution.
  • Delivery of top-quality service execution.
  • First point of customer contact for service execution.
  • Generate new opportunities for Spare parts, upgrades, tooling and Food services.
  • Close contact with customer for maintaining good relationship.

Profile And Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering as a standard.
  • Profound experience in Extrusion and Pasta industrial engineering organization(s), as proven by:
  • Proven (minimum 4 year) service sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in
    technical sales.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of GEA products and services, particularly in
    pasta extrusion systems
    .
  • Minimum English level: B2.
  • Familiarity with the Pasta Extrusion industry.
