This Position reports to:
Operations Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.
The work model for the role is**:Hybrid**
This role is contributing to the** operation and administration of the service team in the Process automation Energy solutions Business Unit**. Main stakeholders are **internal and external clients.**
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating and driving implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.
- Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.
- Administration of the service team.
- Provide technical support to the sales team

**Qualifications for the role**
- At least 7 years of experience in related roles, managing people
- Educational background in engineering fields (Electric, automatization, Industrial and more)
- Experience in with automatization projects
- English (Intermediate/advance)
- Desirable: experience with ABB products
