Hubtek is a tech-enabled talent, training, and automation solutions provider for Northamerican Transportation Companies. Through our co-managed talent, intelligent automation, and training platform, we allow companies to optimize their processes, accelerate their growth and boost their positioning in the marketplace. Some of your responsibilities will be: - Handle the entire sales process. - Search for potential customers. - Cold calling to contact potential customers. - Performed discovery meetings. - Send proposal. - Close the deal and manage customers to grow your own "book of business". - Post-sales customer service. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Studies: High School Degree or any Bachelor's degree. - Language: C1 - C2 English proficiency. Be able to have fluent communication both written and verbally. this person will contact customers. - At least six months of experience in cold calling for sales or telemarketing. Perks: - The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. - (We work by the American calendar). - Indefinite term contract + Benefits (Gym membership, nutrition plan, health plan, and other related). - On-site in Medellin or Bogota or Barranquilla. - Commissions in US dollars. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $3,000,000 per month
