Key ResponsibilitiesDaily ActivitiesMake 120–150 outbound calls/dayHandle inbound call follow-ups within 60 secondsConvert cold + warm leads into booked demosManage CRM pipelines (GHL)Follow up with no-shows and reschedulesText, email, and voicemail drops to drive conversionsMaintain an active presence in WhatsApp/SMS outreachWeekly ActivitiesHit weekly demos target (15 per week)Deliver daily KPI progress reportAttend daily "War Room" sales callStudy HighLevel certification contentReview GHL Sales scripts + Henry's training recordings Key Outcomes & KPIs10–15 qualified demos per week2–4 trial activations per week1+ FastTrack setup purchases per weekShow-up rate of 70%+ for all scheduled demosResponse time:
