**Job description**:

- This position is primarily responsible for using a variety of lead sources to market the services offered by My Senior Health Plan resulting in live transfers and/or booked appointments for MSHP’s licensed sales team. *This is a non-commissioned position Daily Duties: - Prompt attendance Bella Haven Job Description: SDR Sales Development Representative - Learn the rules and framework of Medicare sufficiently to assist clients and maintain CMS compliance guidelines. - Medium level technology skills to navigate the following tools: Salesforce CRM, dialer system, and Microsoft Teams - Ability to work in a fast pace environment seeking people who need Medicare assistance. - Place 200-250 outbound calls per day with provided lead lists. - Take inbound/transfer calls when qualified.
