Overview Join to apply for the Bilingual Sales Development Representative – English-Spanish role at TTEC As a Bilingual Sales Development Representative – Spanish-English in Barranquilla, Colombia , you’ll be part of bringing humanity to business and help customers through the sales process. What You’ll Be Doing Are you results focused and love to help others? You have a passion to maximize sales opportunities. You will focus on achieving revenue quotas through product and service recommendations, enhance and build relationships with customers, and identify and develop new business opportunities that support growth goals. Whether qualifying leads, initiating contacts, or resolving a business problem, you’ll help create an exceptional customer experience. During a Typical Day, You’ll Bring product and brand knowledge to close larger deals, handle objections with more sophisticated customers Conduct research to identify potential customers and decision-makers in target companies Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or other channels to introduce our company and solutions Qualify leads to assess their potential value to the business Work with account executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads for follow-up and closure Listen to client needs to identify sales opportunity cues, recommend, quote, negotiate to meet needs and close the sale Continuously update and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship database What You Bring To The Role 6+ months of applied sales experience with a customer-focused mindset Comfortable with decision making by researching potential solutions and making recommendations Comfortable engaging with customers to develop solutions Creative mindset to overcome objections and a commitment to achieving goals Team-building approach and ability to work with multiple teams across departments High school diploma or equivalent Computer experience What You Can Expect Support for your career and professional development Inclusive culture and a community-minded organization A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our values A competitive base wage plus meal allowance, hiring bonus, sales commissions, and typical benefits A Bit More About Your Role From training to individualized coaching and access to thousands of free courses, we support your career growth.
