America Steel Trade Corporation is an international trading company based in North Miami, Florida. We specialize in the sourcing, exporting, and distribution of steel products to the North, Central, and South American markets.

We are looking for a motivated and self-motivated individual to help the sales representative and the company to increase sales of long and flat steels to the **Latin American** market.
- Job Description:_
- Assisting in Long and flat steel sales in **Latin America**:

- Assist and Provide a high level of customer service and delivery in the sales process;
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure a competitive market position;
- Prospecting for new customers through phone calls,
- Prospecting customer inquiries;
- Feeding customer database, quotations, and reporting activity reports;
- Strengthening the relationship with key clients in **Latin America**:

- Attending conferences.
- We require:_
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English;
- 4+ years of experience in sales
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and teammates;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and great confidence in public speaking;
- Highly motivated with great passion to succeed;
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels, both spoken and written;
- Proficient in CRM;

Pay: $3,900,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Long Steel sales: 3 years (required)
- Flat Steel sales: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
