Job Opportunity: Business Development Representative
Join our growing team as a Business Development Representative at Sosa BPO, a leading staffing agency specializing in the medical manufacturing, robotic manufacturing, and aerospace manufacturing industries. We're seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Position: Business Development Representative
- Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
- Location: Medellin - Colombia

**Responsibilities**:
Generate leads within the medical manufacturing, robotic manufacturing, and aerospace manufacturing industries.
Conduct outbound and cold calls to engage with potential clients.
Utilize your U.S. company experience to communicate effectively and build relationships with decision-makers.
Schedule meetings and present tailored solutions to close deals.
Adapt to existing sales processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation and business development in relevant industries.
Strong phone skills and success in making outbound and cold calls.
Experience communicating with U.S. companies and familiarity with their business practices.
Demonstrated ability to schedule meetings and close deals.
Adaptability to existing sales processes and strong teamwork skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
